Trace instructions - Individuals l We consider any address, whether residential or employment address as a positive trace, for purposes of serving documents. Although we always endeavor to provide both. Should you require the residential address of a trace target for the specific purpose of attachment, we must be specifically instructed so, in this case we will focus on providing you with a residential address only, at an additional cost.
Trace instructions - Legal Entity l We consider the current trading address or if no longer in operation, the address of any one member or director as a positive trace for purposes of serving documents. Should you require a physical address for purposes of attachment we must be specifically instructed so.
Invalid or No Identification numbers l We are capable of conducting a trace on any person without an ID number or even verify and provide you with a valid/new/correct ID number. Should we receive an instruction from you and we find that the ID number provided is either invalid/incorrect/or not known, we will inform you of this and request your further instruction as our standard trace cost will have to increase.
No Trace / No new information l We pride ourselves on being able to trace were others have failed. Should we be unable to trace a target we will not charge for the service. Should we however obtain information in the future we will inform you of this and request your further instruction.
Return of Non Service / Non Execution of Warrant l It is the policy of this company to re-trace (free of charge) any trace subject were the Sheriff was unable to execute his duty because the information we have provided was incorrect. Should we not be able to re-trace, we will credit the instructing party's account. However, when the Sheriff was unable to execute his duty because of reasons other than incorrect information, our re-trace policy will not be implemented. Example: If the Sheriff finds no one at home and he can not identify the occupant of the property. Merely not finding a person at the premises is not sufficient proof of non service.
Guarantee period of information l We guarantee all information for a period of 45 days form report. We will re trace, free of charge if we receive a sheriff's return within this period.
