• Listing of your debtor.
• Free initial tracing of the current whereabouts of your debtor, for litigation purposes through your attorney or for our collection purposes.
• Blacklisting on our nationwide delinquent tenant database. (Access is provided to subscribing landlords, nationwide)
• Free Trace Alert for a period of 3 years. (We will monitor the defaulters credit profile for a period of 3 years from listing, this will enable us to receive updated contact information as well as information on future applications for rented property, enabling us to warn the prospective landlords.
• Collection services on a no collection no fee basis.
  

Blacklisting Facts:

• You can list a defaulter any time payment is due. You do not have to first obtain a court ruling.
•  You can list a defaulter for any amount from R50.
• Default listings are active for 3 years, Judgements are active for 5 years.
• Listings can no longer be removed, just amended. ( Listing is amended to show debt has been settled)
